I have found the Kirkland Brand of Costco to be the best toilet paper to meet all these needs. Specifically Kirkland Signature Bath Tissue (not their ultra soft). Unpopular opinion but I use 1-ply from store brand! When I use the expensive toilet paper I find it's so soft and rips too easily, which is why it gets stuck everywhere.
